Using a wealth of corporate experience with teams and organisations in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, Rob uses an Integral approach and rich experiential learning when working with the “front line troops who really get it”. The results are clear: people are cared for and the organisation benefits. However those at CEO and board level remain harder to convince.
Rob encourages us to pause and look at this unique opportunity that could never be planned, to think about what the world ‘could’ look like. He personally is looking for examples of leadership and signals of change in our global structures.
